Just a sort of... 'thinking about something as I'm drawing it' thing, for an idea that refuses to let me go but fails to be roleplayable again and again, and as such might need to be its own individual work.

i'm really diggin' your different-face-shapes these days. in the art that i've seen in this past year you've been doing a huge amount of exploration in that area and it's all gorgeous.

Gee. I can never tell if the huge variation I see is actually too subtle for anyone else to catch.
